- Available for scheduled checkout cleans, with some flexibility around same-day turnovers.
- Able to follow property checklists, report damage or missing items, and send completion photos when required.
- Previous Airbnb, hotel, housekeeping or residential cleaning experience preferred.

Runners
Adhoc basis · up to $80 per delivery
A flexible extra-income role for students, city workers or anyone already moving around Melbourne who wants paid delivery work when guests need last-minute supplies.
- Deliver urgent guest supplies such as linen, toiletries, keys, small amenities or replacement items to city apartments.
- Paid up to $80 per delivery, with potential for multiple deliveries per day during busy periods.
- Best suited to people based in or near the CBD, Southbank, Carlton or inner Melbourne.
- Must be responsive, punctual, professional and comfortable messaging clear delivery updates.
- Phone with maps, basic English communication, and ability to handle small items carefully required.

For people who can help grow the portfolio, support guest operations, build owner relationships and keep the service standard sharp as Stellar Stays expands.
- Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills with owners, guests, agents and suppliers.
- Comfortable with short-stay operations, property presentation, guest experience or business development.
- Able to identify problems early, document processes and keep standards consistent across apartments.
- Growth-focused mindset: partnerships, new owner leads, agent relationships and better direct booking pathways.
- Experience in accommodation, real estate, hospitality, operations or sales is helpful but not required for the right person.
Reliability matters more than a perfect resume.
